Inattentive Call Centre

<p>I called the Groupon number ***) and chose option #3 (New business). </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I held for a few minutes andwas then diverted back to original automated options. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I then chose #1 and was promtly told "These lines are closed between 3pm and 5pm" but it was before 1pm, it then hung up. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />So I called back and chose option #0 (to speak to a happy consultant), there was no answer and once again I was diverted to the automated option list. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacepptable service, please call me urgently and sort this out.</p>
