In Breach of the Consumer protection act
Good day,<br> <br> I purchased a voucher that I was unfortunately unable to use. I have emailed Groupon to request a refund on the voucher I purchased, however the email has gone unanswered!<br> <br> Kindly refund monies as Groupon credit!

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. Your credits have been added to your account, using them on a purchase is pretty easy. Make sure you're logged in first by using the login link at the top right of the screen on Groupon.co.za.
