Im not getting the voucher i purchased

I bought a groupon weekday for two voucher in Umkomaas, GRoupon has been giving me the run around with the voucher so that I make my booking. After many attemots with the stuff there i than requested to speak with the manager who goes by the name of Charnaine, she too like her employees promised to get back to me and never did. I have already app**** for leave at work and have called the place with regards to the booking and all that Im waiting for is the voucher from groupon which no one is sending
