I WANT MY MONEY ASAP

<br> on Tuesday 19 January 2016 I received an email from Groupon stating that there little boy froggy pottie training was on special for R199 I then placed an order and only received a ref number and account details to make payment.<br> I then immediately made the payment into there account of R200. They then did not notify me of any payments made or send me email to state that it was paid.<br> I then called in on Wednesday to follow up and the consultant advised me that it was cancelled due to a over payment of R1 and they then could not deliver my order.<br> <br> I am very unhappy regarding this and now i have to wait 7 days for my money, which I find very unreasonable
