I'm still waiting for my goods after 14 days

I ordered items on the 1st of April 2015. I paid via Credit Card (as EFT's might take an additional 5 days as stated on each item). These items have yet to be delivered (today, the 15th of April 2015) despite Groupon's promise of \within / up to 14 days".<br> <br> I then mailed Groupon on the 14th of April (14 days after order) to follow up on my orders. I just get the standard copy and paste answer of <br> \""All our deliveries takes about up to 14 working days from the purchase date plus 5 working days for EFT payments to be delivered .The couriers should deliver your item soon. Should you require further assistance"
