I just cant get my money back

Goodness NEVER buy anything on Groupon. I was in the 5 day grace period and requested a refund. I put a complaint on hellopeter and they promptly came back and said they would look into my query. they then gave me a credit on my groupon account. I was in the grace period, I want my money back but nobody is coming back to me. My partner requested a refund on exactly the same day, never mind even a credit, she hasnt got a thing!
