Horrible service providers: Thai Orchid

Got a Thai Orchid package, called d place they say massage is 30min,facial 45min n rest pedi.Went yest,started 10.05 by 10.15 massage was over! The****** left to 'get water' for facial, only returned by 10.25. Asked d massage had finished? She said yes! Told her dat they'd said 30min n this was barely 10 mins (quality thereof despicable).The****** says wil do something in d facial, asked how wen im on my back,said she'll show me (very rudely). <br> Facial was deep cleanse but no extractions were done n very useless. So called pedi,feet were just basically rubbed with cream once, no soak, didnt even ask to clip nails, barely filed them, n said its extra R50 for color (not in T&C),can only do natural or french! Did french, but very shoddy careless job, already the gel overlay is peeling yest,nails not filed properly (didnt even ask if I was ok with it). <br> <br> Was jus glad to be outta there! As I leave d 2 the******s at reception dont even acknowledge me, n r just talking amongst themselves. <br> I want a refund 4 this sub-standard disgusting service! Felt like they were doing it 4 d sake of just doing it! Buying a groupon is NOT an allowance 2 shepherd thru customers on 'express' rough shod job!
