horrible service by Tony customer service agent

<p>I spoke to Tony a customer service agent yesterday . She has horrible customer service s****s,</p> <p>Firstly she doesn’t even have listening s****s what so ever, all she does she speaks over the customer as a frustrated person, She just assumed the reason I was calling giving me all the wrong information. The sad part is, she does even want to be corrected. She needs counselling if possible or some kind of training. I wonder how she interacts with her colleagues, I feel sorry for people around her. I’m really not exaggerating the call was very horrible</p> <p>She promised me a call from a different agent since I refused to carry on talking to her as she was making me also frustrated, till now no call.</p> <p>This company needs better people that this girl. Please have me contacted to sort my inquiry. I would never ever order from you people that’s for sure</p> <p> </p>
