Horrible service

I ordered a bed frame and received the wrong colour. The wrong colour was then collected and then the correct colour was not delivered until I had to follow up 3 times over a 7 day period. I then asked groupon for a discount for the bad service and still to this day have not heard from them. I contacted them 4 times for the request and still no response. I am really disappointed in the lack of service from such a big and well known merchant. Truly unexpected.
