horrible service!!

I am a first time client. Nowhere (except in t's & c's) does it state that if i do not receive a confirmation within 5 days from Groupon there is an issue with my order. the EFT transaction instructions just says that you dont have to send the Proof of payment through to Groupon. and that EFT transactions can take up to 14 days. Now i geuss i should have wondered why i dont receive some or the other order confirmation, but is it so difficult to then after the 5 days let you know that the order didnt go through??<br> <br> horrible service!!
