Horrible Customer Service

I bought an ushaka marine world groupon. However I was unable to redeem it as they were fully booked on weekends and my groupon expired. Upon contacting groupon regarding crediting my groupon account with the purchase amount, the consultant stated that she will be unable to process my refund because this was a \ticketing purchase"and that the groupon website as well as the voucher terms and conditions state that there are no refunds on such purchases. While on the line we both looked at the terms and conditions and they did not mention anything she was referring to. When I was questioning her about this the line suddenly went quite to the point where I had to drop the call. Sadly I did not hear her name properly at the beginning of the call. Because she deserves to be named and shamed for such horrible service and lying to a client. <br> <br> I am very disappointed by this"
