Hi, i have made payment of a romoss powerbank in Dec 22nd, this was the second time i had to pay for the same product and no one has come back to me with any responses. I have been mailing the support and eft support for the last 4 weeks and still no powerbank. This is very bad service and i hate waiting sooo long for something sooo small.<br> if i do not get my product soon, i will pay the company a visit in Cape town
