Groupon had a promo code valid for Thursday and Friday, when i tried booking on Friday, the process did not allow me through to payment screen it gave me a error., when i choose the EFT option it just hung. <br> <br> I could not call the contact center as it was after hours <br> <br> Today when I made the call, a lady assisted me, explained my story , after holding on for 29mins she got back to me to advise that nothing can be done. <br> <br> Furious !!!
