Groupon - Worst Customer Service Ever

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>Around the 16 Septeber I purchased an item from Groupon and called in to change the address and contact details. Received confirmation it has been changed. A few days later I check my order has been cancelled due to no stock, only to find out it was delivered to the wrong person with y details. Called in spoke to 3 useless consultants and to date no feedback. Groupon also has no regard for the Consumers Personal Information. </p>
