Groupon will not refund me after false info given

i booked a holiday through Groupon. Monies was deducted off bank , no voucher was sent and on Once again i did and still no availibility. I now have paid an EFT for R26000 and a credit card payment for R26000 and still have no holiday.<br> shocking
