At the end of Sept I purchased a mirrored shoe cabinet from GROUPON. It arrived with one item broken. I promptly sent pictures and an email and requested guidance on whether I should assemble the unit while awaiting the part. The consultant promised to get back to me. A few days later I received an automated email that the goods were being dispatched. Total confusion. I repacked all the pieces neatly into the boxes expecting that it was going to be collected and replaced. Nothing happened for over a week...I called again and was promised that Pam would get in touch with me by the end of the day. I'm still waiting. What a difference to Takealot com.... Groupon could learn a thing or 2 from Takealot. Amazing efficiency and Incredible back-up service . That's where my money will be spent in future.
