groupon voucher ***4F1

I have ordered a Tom Cat kiddies tablet from groupon on 29 December 2015 and up to today have not received it. After several phone calls to the customer services centre and two mails i hstill have no joy on my order. This morning i was told that the item was lost between the supplier and courier and that groupon will refund me within three to five working days. I wanted to speak to the customer services manager but i was told that he/she was busy on the line and that i can leave my number and i will be called back. this was 9am on 25 January 2016 and by 2:45 pm i have not received any calls yet.
