Groupon supplier going the extra mile

I would like to compliment one of the groupon suppliers who delivered the santiago chest of drawers for the excellent service. This set of drawers was delivered with one door less than what what required and one additional shelf than what was required. After contacting groupon the supplier Mohammed called me and said that he would collect the incorrect unit by courier and deliver another unit by courier. This was undertaken exactly as promised. When the new unit arrived, it was found that the two outer sides of the cupboard where chipped. I did not even contact groupon this time....I simply called the supplier directly. He then delivered another whole new unit and said that we can mix and match between the 2 cupboards until we have a complete perfect cupboard. This we did and the supplier then said that he will collect the left over cupboard. <br> <br> I would like to recomend this supplier to groupon and anyone else who would like to purchase this cupboard from groupon.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Bridget
