Groupon Sucks big time

I purchased a pot set through Groupon on 3 Dec almost a month ago and every time I checked my order online it was in process this morning again it was in process then I emailed groupon got no response but when I went back to check on the order the status was Refunded no one contacted me for banking details or informed me they will do a refund or requested any banking details from me. I called in and I was asked if i gave banking details which i didn't because no one responded to my email or advised me that i will be refunded. I promise this is the 4th time this is happening. i requested to speak with a manager and no manager is available i will receive a call back the third time this happened to me i asked for a manager as well and there wasn't one available then and no one called me back and i just have to accept the refund how can you wait a month for a product that was available and a few days after that and get informed it now there is no stock UNACCAPTABLE I THINK GROUPON IS A ****!!!!!
