GROUPON SUCKS!!!

We bought groupon vouchers to get a service provided. Our daughters made a booking & arranged a date, time & place with the supplier. To do this, one has to send them the relevant groupon vouchers.<br> <br> Ultimately our daughters were unable to make use of the supplier because the supplier was completely unreliable and could not meet their obilgation. The problem is that they claimed from Groupon as if the relevant service was provided anyway.<br> <br> Our only recourse was then to liaise with Groupon to get our money back & this has proven to be a time-wasting, useless, frustrating exercise. One would think that basic etigutte such as replying to emails, keeping people informed, etc. would be standard, but not for Groupon. It's now been more than 6 weeks & the frustration continues. <br> <br> The only thing we can do for now is to log a complaint on this website & stop buying anything further from Groupon. All this for a lousy few hundred bucks. Crazy!!!!!!.
