Groupon *****s your money and doesn't deliver

On 2 March I purchased a Groupon voucher for a shoe cabinet storage unit. On 6 March the item delivered was a mini bathroom storage unit. On Saturday 7th I called Groupon and spoke to Pumza. She said she would notify the supplier as the supplier had made the delivery directly. 2 weeks later the item was still not collected. I emailed Groupon around 16 March regarding the incorrect item. Alana Hudson responded. 23 March I advised her that the courier contacted me and had collected. Since then I've been SHOUTING and SCREAMING and I am so F****KING upset that firstly I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP! AND Secondly..... IT IS THE 5th OF MAY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT!!!!! Instead a F****KING MESS between these IDIOTS and there PATHETIC SUPPLIERS which I, as CONSUMER have PAID FOR!!!!!! THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY IS A PHANTOM! AND SO uninterested (CLEARLY!) in customer service! Failing THIS attempt I WILL TAKE THIS EXPERIENCE FAR AND WIDE because i think this is ******* and COMPLETELY goes against ALL AND ANY Consumer Protection ACT RULE! GROUPON IS DISGUISTING!!!! I DEMAND A RESPONSE AND MY MONEY BACK!!!
