Groupon special.

My wife purchased 2 tickets for deepsea fishing on Groupon. I made bookings to use the tickets and was given a date and in return gave the groupon numbers to the deepsea charter company as requested. A day before the charter company canceled the trip due bad weather, again a new date and the same happened. A third time an booking was made but this time the charter company charged more as the booking will be more expencive, The morning 04h00 arriving at the departure space an excuse again and no trip. Sinse then the date of the trip expired and no refund. I inquered from groupon and was given a referance and told that it will be investigated. To 4 months later no Deepsea fishing, no Groupon answer. The Groupon is a way to lure and ****.
