Groupon sits with my purchased item and my money

I purchased a folding trestle table from Groupon end of January. The table was delivered damaged so I requested a return and refund. The table was collected less than a week after my request but Groupon failed to refund me. It is not 3 months later and after countless mails and phone calls I can't get any answers as to why I am not being refunded. Groupon has the table in their possesion as well as my money... nice! Honestly people it is just not worth purchasing from Groupon.
