GROUPON SHOULD BE TURNED OFF

Ordered an item on 15 December that guaranteed 48 hour delivery. It is the 22nd and still waiting. Mails are not responded to and their call centre says they are experiencing high call volumes to please email!!!! So where in the world the parcel is (an Xmas present) no-one knows. <br> I have also recently purchased two different activity vouchers (jump around and zip lining) - on the voucher it says book with the service provider and the service provider says it has to be booked with Groupon - but if you can't get hold of the call centre how is one supposed to utilise the vouchers.<br> Disgusting service.
