Groupon should be banned!!

I ordered two bunk beds in October and there was no feedback on the whereabouts of my parcel, it was only after a month when I called them that I was told that there was an issue with the supplier. They refunded me the money and i bought another set of bunk beds from a different supplier and its almost the end of the month and I have sent two emails and nobody has responded. This is really annoying! #GROUPON MUST FALL HARD!!
