Groupon shirks its responsibilities

<p>Bought defective product from Groupon. Admittedly I did not report it within the specified 6 months. In fact, it was the news of Groupon South Africa winding down that reminded me. I reported the matter to them and they ignored it until I returned the product at a cost of r185. Now they refuse to assist in any way. A despicable organization which will fail globally soon enough</p>
