Groupon sells good and then dont deliver

I placed a order on groupon paid via eft on the 22nd April 2015, to date received nothing from them. I call today they say they had cxl my order as they did not process the funds in time when the deal expired. What a load of bull now i must wait a further 5-7 working days for my refund. They are ******.
