GROUPON = ************

I purchased two salon vouchers via Groupon, the merchant did not do his part and actually dismissed me. I contacted Groupon support and CARL advised me that i will be refunded and asked for my bank details. Later, i receive an email to say that they wont refund me but rather credit my groupon account (which i do not want). They refuse to understand that i did not just decide to cancel my vouchers, the merchant they advertised for was extremely unprofessional and did not provide the service i paid for. He accepted appointments and then just did not pitch and refused to answer my calls while i waited outside his 'salon' which by the way was very falsely advertised.
