Groupon SA sucks

Hi,<br> <br> On the 24th of March 2015 I have purchased 2 kiddies tablets from Groupon. I emailed proof of payments to [Email Removed] at 10:38AM...at 10:59AM the same day, I received a reply from Lushane October stating that they need to refund me because the order didn't settle from their side. when I asked for further clarity that's when I was given an excuse that I have provided a wrong reference number. which totally doesn't make sense because I purchased two tablets with two different reference numbers. and those two reference numbers I copied them from their website. that's what they have provided me with when I placed my order. I mean really? ...
