Groupon's Values is a Farce

I purchased a DVR and security camera kit from Groupon. Accepting that they sell good quality merchandise (as proclaimed on their site) I proceeded to have a technician install everything (cables in roof etc) and also got an IT technician to setup my network connection for remote viewing. To my shock, the cameras turned out to be so horrible that they we almost completely unusable. I have engaged groupon numerous times, including mails to their directors and they have told me in no uncertain terms to get lost. They are totally unwilling to address my issue in a sensible manner and are hiding behind the consumer protection act, instead of admitting that they are totally uncommitted to their customers and that their values are a blatant lie, to say the least. I urge EVERYONE who have ever even considered to purchase anything from them to do yourself a favor and go to the competition (Takealot, ebay, etc).
