Groupon robs you

I had voucher to redeem from groupon. The vendor didn't answer any of my messages for the first week when I called. <br> <br> When I finally got through to them I was told the date I wanted was available so I followed their booking procedures. Didn't get a response for over a week and when I followed up I was told that the date I wanted was now fully booked. <br> <br> Now Groupon won't give me a refund so I lose R700 for nothing. And on top of that the price I bought the voucher from Groupon is the exact same price as advertised on Celebration Factory site so Groupon isn't even giving a deal in the first place.
