GROUPON REFUSES TO DELIVER CORRECT PRODUCT

I ordered a Halso faux leather bed base and ottoman from Groupon in late July, and paid a whopping R2995 for them. Fine.<br> <br> The items were delivered in August but to my disappointment i received two headboards and no base!<br> <br> I have made countless attempts to get this matter rectified, and every time i am told the matter is being followed up with the supplier.<br> <br> I have had just about enough! i want a refund immediately and am happy to have Groupon collect the items they delivered. <br> <br> This is utter disrespect and i am fed up. I strongly suggest nobody order anything from Groupon they are a disgrace.
