GROUPON REFUNDS DEPARTMENT IS A NIGHTMARE!!

I have been waiting for a refund from Groupon for the last 3 weeks now!! The aftersales service is unprofessional and pathetic! They keep on asking for details that one has already given them! They don't even bother to phone you! If you want a refund from Groupon, be prepared to wait for your money!!
