Groupon refund *******

I ordered a back brace from them. The adverti*****t stated that it fits all sizes. However, when I received it, it did not fit me - the velcro doesn't close, so I asked them to collect it and give a refund.<br> <br> They responded that it is clothing or swimwear and they will not refund it.<br> <br> How is this clothing or swimwear - it is a back support brace. Is an ankle or wrist guard also clothing?!<br> <br> I sent them numerous mails about this, but they just keep on refusing to refund it.<br> <br> BEWARE: they have a ZERO returns policy on clothing and swimwear which is only stated in the very fine print - not in the actual adverti*****t.<br> <br> Companies like Zando and Spree have NO issues with returning clothing, so what is Groupon's issue.<br> <br> I've also had previous issues with them not responding to return requests or taking very long to respond.<br> <br> I will never be ordering from them again!
