Groupon partnering with sub standard supplier

I bought Park and Africa voucher for parking services at King Shaka Airport. When I got back my car had been misused and had tracker reports to prove it. However when I reported the experience to Groupon they didn't do anything about it. I use Groupon as a trusted site to access services but it seems the partner with any ***** out there for the sake of their benefit only.
