Groupon not refunded

The following email was sent : Hi there,I have tried several times to reach the supplier but to no avail. <br> Please refund the Groupon credit and kindly log a complaint against the supplier.\<br> <br> I had to follow up as no feedback was received. Upon our last call i was assured the credit would be refunded and to date it still has not - 3 weeks have now passed . <br> <br> I expressed that i wanted to purchase another groupon with the credit... that groupon is no longer available and there is no other voucher like it.<br> <br> I am incredibly disgusted with the service received
