Groupon non responsive

We have been trying for over 2 months to do a Groupon deal, the agent involved does not get back to us with information, while she keeps making promises of sending e-mails with a breakdown on the deal that will be placed. She told us last week Friday that the one deal has been approved and that she will send the information by 3 o'clock Friday afternoon. Monday she said that the city planner has decided not to do the deal? This is such poor service. Now she just does not answer her phone!
