Groupon No Delivery

Hi,<br> <br> I spoke to Albert Oranzie with regards to this query and he did not get back to me yet. This order was placed on the 27 November and has not been delivered yet. This was a Christmas gift to my daughter and now she wont have a gift for christmas. This really grieves me.<br> <br> <br>
