Groupon item purchased, padid for and no delivery

Good Day<br> <br> I purchased an item from Groupon on 31 July 2015, paid for by credit card, no delivery of goods. Goods were purchased on 31 July 2015 and no item was delivered to date, today is the 28 September 2015. my emails have fallen into deaf ears and blind eyes.<br> <br> I would advise people to be careful when purchasing anything from Groupon. Emails have been sent but they don't respond. It is sad an online business of this calibre would be so ***********. There is no after sale service, they say its 14 working days, it has already 2months and no goods received. I will never do any business with GROUPON AGAIN. <br> <br> I wanted my money back but they doer had even respond. This is the worst online experience I have ever experienced.
