GROUPON IS PATHETIC AND CLUELESS !!!!!!

7 days ago I complained about my purchase not being delivered. I received a response stating that I will receive my order within the next 5 - 7 working days. Today is the 7th day. I called Groupon this morning only to find out that there still isn't a tracking number and in fact my problem has being escalated but never rectified. The most frustrating problem for me is the fact that everyone you speak to \will get back to you". What a load of bull ****!!!<br> How pathetic can a service provider of your stature be?. Like I said this is the second time that this has happened to me. I have no doubt in my mind that this will effectively be the last purchase that I will ever do with Groupon and I will most certainly be discouraging others from purchasing on Groupon. As requested this morning I expect a full refund as I will probably have to wait for eternity for some resolution."""
