Groupon is a dreadfull company. DO NOT USE THEM

We placed an order for some LED spot lights (GRPZARMK5Y35) and duly paid some R 800.00. Four weeks later they still have not delivered and now are returning our money because they lost our payment and its too late for the deal. <br> <br> SURELY they should pay the difference themselves and still provide what we paid for! What about the Consumer Protection Act? <br> <br> When queried less than a week after order, we provided them immediately with the proof of payment. Three weeks later and many emails and calls later. NOTHING.<br> <br> I will never use this company again unless they provide what we paid for.
