GROUPON IS A BANANA COMPANY.

I made a purchase on groupon on the 3rd of November for a pancake pan which was R199.00, I paid R200.00 via EFT and noticed that I did not receive a voucher, despite that I thought delivery would be made. 3 weeks late, no delivery. I called customer services and I was informed that because I paid R200.00 and not R199.00 my order was kicked out by the system. Fine. Why wasn't I informed? Okay, now that I have called and know why there's no delivery of the product, can I get a refund.... Its been a month later, since I called and was promised a refund. No refund has been processed or entered my bank account. There's no communication. Calls are directed to emails and emails are not responded to... Can someone tell me where is the headoffice? I think ill make a personal visit!!! Do yourself a favour. DO NOT PURCHASE ON GROUPON!
