GROUPON HAS FAILED TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT

I ordered and paid for a SMART Connect Four-In One Bluetooth Car Kit on the 24th of November 2015. Its the 11th of December 2015 and I have not received this product. The disclaimer states that the delivery for this product will occur in 10 working days. According to my calendar, 10 DAYS has passed. What hurts the most is that the product was supposed to be handed to one of my colleagues at our Christmas Party which will take place in the next hour, but I have nothing to give to my colleague. Everyone will be handing out Christmas gifts and she had requested this specific product. I am really disappointed. When I try to contact you, your agents tell me to call after 1 hour because the system is offline. When I call again I am told that I am caller number 50. EVERYTIME I CALL, I'M CALLER NUMBER 50. Since Monday, I have been caller number 50!!!! Your service is poor!!!
