Groupon fails on promise

I have placed an order with groupon an i have been struggling for 3 weeks to get any information on my order. I have phoned like 10 times and had to hold the line for minimum 30 min to only get a consultant tell me they will escalate the enquiry. The promised delivery on Fryday 11 dec and then again on thuesday 15 dec and again on thursday 17 dec but they again told me it will be delivered before christmas. I find this unacceptable from a customer dependant service. Not a happy customer at all. I have never had any problems from my takealot orders. I def do not recommend groupon to anyone
