Groupon does not deliver

I ordered a rack on Groupon on the 10 of January 2015 - when I phoned them as I received no correspondence I was told that I have to read the small print as they have 14 working days to deliver plus if I paid by EFT it is another 5 working days. This I did not know as I did not read the small print. Should this was advertised more clearly I would definitely NOT ordered from them as there are other places that is much quicker and sufficient. I then spoke to them Monday the 2 nd of February - I again was told that I will receive the parcel by Thursday the 5th of February 2015. I just received a mail and they told me that it will take another 5-7 working days. I will NEVER order from them again as do not deliver and what is the purpose to order on line if it take so long.
