Groupon do NOT resolve issues

I bought a Groupon for my man's 40th. The useless salon, without his permission, placed a student to work on his hair. In 40 minutes she had barely snipped his fringe. So, he had to take sheers and cut his OWN hair! This happened three weeks ago and despite my efforts to get a credit from Groupon, NOTHING has happened! The only called back I received was last week saying that they're waiting on a response from the salon. Unacceptable.
