GROUPON dismal fail

I ordered a floodlight under groupon code ***F3F on 14 April 2015. Today it is a month and one day, and still no delivery of my parcel that I paid R699 for by credit card.<br> <br> I enquired about 14 days ago, and received an email back some 3 days later only to say that the parcel will be received within 7-10 days. That expired yet again about 5 days ago.<br> <br> Groupon - this was my first order from you, and I think my last - pathetic !!!!!
