Groupon Deal not meeting what deal was advertised

I've bought many things via Groupon and I'm fairly happy with the service but the latest deal purchased, hasn't been so great. I ordered a last minute gift and the deal specifically stated 48Hour Delivery in certain parts of Jozi. I did check whether my delivery address falls within the given coverage radius area for delivery prior to buying the deal. Deal was bought on the 14th. Given the public holiday last week, and the 48 hour delivery time frame, I should have received the item already. Unable to actually call & speak to someone at the Groupon Support Desk and after sending a query via email, I was kindly told that deliveries could take up to a few days?<br> <br> I'm just trying to figure out whether I'll receive the item before Thursday of if I should make another plan
