Groupon - Danview Holiday Apartment

<p>I have bought a groupon voucher for two night weekend stay at Danview Holiday Apartment. The voucher is valid until the end of November. I have just called Danview holiday Apartment to make a booking and they told me that they are fully booked untill end of December. They are telling me that i must book a differrent room and pay the balance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not understand why they are selling the groupon deal if they do not have enough room to accommodate the people who will buy the deal. What is the point of me buying the deal if i still have to pay the difference to get the room. The main point I bought the deal is for me to get the discount offered. I have sent a complaint to the lady i spoke to when i made the booking. The response from her was very dismissive and cold. I asked her to explain what will be the point for me to buy the groupon that is valid until end of November and when i make a booking for October the place is fully booked and i have to pay extra while I bought a groupon where i am supposed to be getting a discount.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want my weekend stay, that is the main point i bought the groupon deal.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
