GROUPON - BAD SERVICE-NO DELIVERY

I ordered a gazebo on the 27th November 2015, I have to date not received the order despite the Dispatch email confirming that it will take 10-14 working days. I have tried contacting the Support Desk on numerous occasions but the call gets disconnected and the voice message on Groupon indicates that I must email the support desk.<br> <br> I am still waiting for my order and for feedback on my Dispatch
